Sussex Gospel Partnership Training Day Open to All.

10am - 4.15pm Nigel Styles will be looking at the book of Ecclesiastes and considering how it can help us all make sense of our everyday experience of life ‘outside the garden’. Sussex Gospel Partnership Training Day will be at Cuckfield Baptist Church. £10 per person.

'The book of Ecclesiastes is delightfully intriguing. How did such a bleak view of the world ever make the cut and get included in our Bibles? Many explain its bleakness as an atheistic world view … take God out of the picture, and ‘life under the sun’  is - of course - meaningless. But bring God back into the picture and life becomes full of meaning'.

In this one-off day's training, Nigel Styles will examine this theory and, using the lens of Biblical theology, help us to make sense of this book in the light of creation, fall, redemption and return. And on the way, this book will help us all make sense of our everyday experience of life ‘outside the garden’.
